• Serves as the hospitality ambassador, delivering relationship-driven experiences.
• Creates personalized, client-first interactions to build trust and grow relationships.
• Educates clients on banking products and digital capabilities to improve convenience.
• Proactively schedules appointments for consumer accounts and deepens opportunities.
