Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and 3 years branch banking experience.
• MS Office proficiency.
• Leadership, administrative, sales and supervisory skills.
• Knowledge of banking regulations such as KYC, BSA.
• Analytical, multitasking, organized, problem solving.
• Excellent communication and written/presentation skills.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Driver license and car.
• Available to work holidays, weekends, and flexible schedules.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new clients and develop pipeline.
• Cold call within your market to build opportunities.
• Identify decision makers and build client relationships.
• Develop proposals aligned with client needs.
• Participate in pricing solutions and contracts.
• Promote growth of deposit portfolio and lending products.
• Collaborate with technical staff to meet client needs.
• Present to mid and senior management on trends.
• Submit weekly progress reports.
• Ensure AML, BSA, OFAC compliance in daily work.
