U.S. Bank in Los Angeles is hiring a Relationship Banker to build and deepen client relationships by meeting customers face to face, assessing banking needs, and guiding them to the right deposit, loan, and digital solutions.

You will open and close accounts, process transactions, and collaborate with branch teams to deliver a consistently superior client experience. Position requires NMLS registration and compliance with SAFE Act.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically has less than four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.
• NMLS registration is required under the S.A.F.E. Act and related regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Identifies solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs.
• Maintains knowledge of consumer and business banking products and services.
• Provides consistent optimal client experience, including greeting clients and processing basic transactions.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts and completes service requests.
• Educates clients on digital products and self-service options.
