Job summary

TD Bank in Summit, NJ is seeking a part-time Customer Service Teller to provide everyday banking, open and maintain consumer accounts, and guide clients through TD’s products with accuracy and care.

As the first point of contact, you will welcome customers, process transactions, identify needs, refer to specialists, and uphold TD’s risk and regulatory standards while delivering a high-touch experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of client-facing experience or equivalent (volunteering, education, military).
• Teller or cash-handling experience preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Notary license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage client flow and serve as first contact for inquiries and referrals.
• Deliver hospitality and relationship-driven client experiences.
• Educate clients on banking products and digital capabilities.
• Schedule appointments for consumer account needs and deepen opportunities.
• Balance client needs with policy, risk and compliance.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support TD's service strategy.
