Qualifications

• Strong organization and communication skills; problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Notary license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrates the overall client experience by effectively managing client flow (in-person and phone) and referrals to appropriate partners.
• Serves as a hospitality ambassador for the financial center, delivering consistent, relationship-driven client experiences.
• Creates personalized, client-first interactions to build trust and strengthen ongoing relationships.
• Proactively educates clients on banking products and digital capabilities to enhance convenience and well-being.
• Engages clients through proactive outreach, including scheduling appointments for consumer account needs.
• Balances client needs with policy adherence and risk awareness to ensure compliant outcomes.
• Advocates for clients with empathy, integrity and a long-term perspective.
