Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of client-facing experience preferred.
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a financial institution is a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work during evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients and guide them through transactions.
• Perform everyday banking transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Educate clients on products, services and digital options; refer to specialists when needed.
• Maintain compliance with TD risk, AML, and regulatory standards.
