Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for clients and guide traffic with a high-touch service.
• Process everyday banking transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Identify client needs and refer to partners to achieve financial goals.

• Adhere to risk and regulatory standards in all interactions.
• Handle inquiries, issue resolution, and referrals to appropriate partners.
