Qualifications

• Ability to work during operating hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong organization, excellent communication, problem-solving and prioritization skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Notary license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrates the overall client experience by managing client flow (in-person and phone) and referrals to partners.
• Acts as hospitality ambassador, delivering consistent, relationship-driven client experiences.
• Educates clients on banking products and digital capabilities to enhance convenience and well-being, connecting to specialists as needed.
• Proactively engages clients through proactive outreach and appointment scheduling for consumer account needs.
• Balances client needs with policy adherence and risk awareness to ensure compliant outcomes.
