U.S. Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker to build strong client relationships, assess banking needs, and guide customers through deposits, loans, and account opening. The role emphasizes in-branch interaction, personalized service, and educating clients on financial solutions.

Qualifikationen

• NMLS registration under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z, and ongoing compliance with registration requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Less than four years job related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.

• Develop relationships with customers by meeting face-to-face and engaging them to provide banking counsel.
• Originating and closing consumer loans, opening accounts, and opening/closing the branch.
• Educate clients on available deposit and loan products and services and recommend financial solutions based on each customer’s goals.
