Qualifications

• NMLS registration under SAFE Act and Regulation Z, and ongoing compliance with registration requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Less than four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and training
• Passion and drive to deliver an experience that improves clients’ financial lives
• Effective and confident client communication
• Proven ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms
• Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services industry, products and solutions
• Cash handling experience
• Active listening and excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to teach customers how to use digital technology
• Comprehensive knowledge of all applicable bank and branch policies, procedures and support systems

Responsibilities

• Meet face to face with customers to provide banking guidance and counsel
• Original and close consumer loans, open accounts, and manage branch openings/closings
• Educate clients on available deposit and loan products and services, with solutions tailored to their goals
• Build strong client relationships based on trust and personalized service
