Job summary

Qualifications

• NMLS registration under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z, ongoing compliance with registration requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Less than four years job related, retail banking experience or equivalent training
• Passion and drive to deliver an improved client financial experience
• Ability to teach customers how to use digital technology
• Knowledge of bank policies, procedures and support systems

Responsibilities

• Meet clients face to face and engage them to provide expert banking counsel
• Assess customers' financial needs and offer suitable deposit and loan products
• Process customer and account information and open/close accounts
• Origin and close consumer loans and educate clients on available services
