Qualifications

• Experience in financial services is advantageous.
• One year of sales experience in a salary-plus incentive environment is desirable.
• Six months of cash handling experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with self-service transactions.
• Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Build relationships to meet clients' financial needs.
• Follow processes and guidelines to act in clients' and bank's best interest while complying with laws.
• Grow knowledge by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments.
• Manage center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls.
