Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and take initiative.
• Proficient with PC, office software, and devices.

Responsibilities

• Open and process customer accounts in line with bank policies.
• Perform and support customer interactions with accurate documentation.
• Cross-sell Seacoast Bank products based on customer needs.
• Maintain AML/BSA compliance and branch procedures.
• Provide confidentiality and high-quality service during busy periods.
