Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 6 months cash handling experience required.
• College degree or 1+ years in retail sales and/or financial services experience required.
• Flexible schedule required with ability to work during hours of operations, including weekends and occasional non-bank operational hours.
• Demonstrate excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and exercise a high degree of initiative.
• PC Proficiency in Desktop, Laptop, Tablet, and Smartphone devices as well as Microsoft Office Suite software.

Responsibilities

• Relationship Building: prepare for customer interactions, build rapport, ask questions to understand financial goals, match needs to Seacoast Bank products, explain products, close sales, solicit referrals, listen actively, discuss self-service products, respond to service requests, involve others for complex matters, balance business needs with customer requests while managing risk, stay updated on industry changes, participate in community events, deliver product/service presentations.
• Operations: open/process accounts, perform account maintenance, handle cash and checks, follow AML/BSA and bank procedures, ensure compliance and audit readiness, balance cash drawer daily, resolve customer objections promptly, adhere to Code of Conduct, follow safety procedures.
