Job summary

First Horizon Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker in Sulphur, LA to engage clients in consultative conversations, understand financial goals, and promote deposit, loan and other banking solutions. This role emphasizes deepening client relationships through proactive service and personalized advice to support the bank's growth objectives.

You will actively refer clients to bank partners, drive sales, and assist in training associates while handling complex duties in a busy banking center.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of related experience required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish and/or Vietnamese preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients in consultative conversations to understand financial priorities and recommend banking solutions.
• Identify and fulfill client deposit and borrowing needs; open deposit accounts and process loan applications.
• Provide personalized financial advice aligned with clients' goals; refer to bank partners as needed.
• Assist Banking Center Manager with training and sales/product knowledge sessions.
