Formación

• 2 years of proven retail sales, call center, customer service and/or telesales experience
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to demonstrate exceptional customer service
• Well-organized with good time management and prioritization
• Demonstrated financial services product knowledge
• Ability to communicate with tact and diplomacy with internal and external customers
• Proficient with internet user-level technology

Responsabilidades

• Play key role in Relationship Management, Sales Process and Risk Management.
• Perform customer profiling for sales opportunities and lead-focused outreach.
• Identify customer financial needs and present product/service options with internal partners.
• Proactively reach out to clients via email or phone to educate on value-added products.
• Onboard new customers through outreach and establish trust with existing clients.
• Schedule and prepare for appointments, and conduct customer servicing interactions.
• Adhere to compliance and risk controls per company standards.
• Promote an environment that supports the M&T Bank brand.
• Maintain branch sales and service focus to meet goals.
