Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Relationship Banker in our branch to represent the brand with warm hospitality and expert financial guidance.

You will help acquire, manage, and retain client relationships, using your knowledge to offer thoughtful solutions that meet financial needs and simplify clients’ lives. Responsibilities include building trust through proactive meetings, educating clients on digital banking tools, and collaborating with specialists for complex needs.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industry.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and on the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63) and Life licenses are minimum requirements; licenses must be obtained within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations - deliver attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand clients and anticipate needs.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products, services, and procedures to consult on banking solutions and connect clients to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
