Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to handle cash and process transactions.
• Strong communication across in-person, phone, and electronic channels.
• Ability to use a computer regularly and monitor attentively.
• Walk/stand for extended periods; lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide a consistent optimal customer experience on the cash line.
• Answer inquiries and fulfill basic servicing requests (cards, PIN changes, checks).
• Develop relationships by staying informed about the customer’s banking needs.
• Educate customers on digital banking options (mobile, online, ATM).
• Refer complex needs to internal specialists.
• Ensure compliance with bank procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Help achieve branch targets by understanding customer needs and offering Regions solutions.
• May conduct outbound calls to educate customers on technology and banking needs.
