Regions Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker I in St. Ann, Missouri to deliver an outstanding customer experience on the cash line and over the phone while growing customer relationships.

You will process transactions, answer product questions, educate customers on digital banking, and refer complex needs to specialists. The role offers growth potential within the bank and requires strong communication, cash-handling skills, and the ability to work Saturday shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions.
• Strong communication in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels.
• Frequent computer use, typing, and sustained attention.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods.
• Lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Handle cash transactions on the cash line and on the phone.
• Answer inquiries and fulfill basic servicing requests.
• Develop client relationships and stay informed about banking relationships.
• Educate customers on consumer products and digital solutions.
• Assist teammates with basic tasks to resolve issues.
• Refer customers to internal specialists for complex goals.
• Follow bank processes, manage operational risks.
• Help achieve branch targets by guiding customers to Regions solutions.
• May conduct outbound calls to educate about technology and meet customer needs.
