Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a customer-focused banking role.

• Strong communication, interpersonal and sales skills.
• Willingness to work a rotating schedule Mon–Sat.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers, offering tailored financial solutions.
• Meet and exceed customer service and sales goals.
• Address customer issues with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
• Mentor and lead junior bankers, providing guidance and training.
• Contribute to audits, cash settlements, ATM management and reporting.
