Qualifications

• 1-3 years of cash handling and customer-facing experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Cross-selling experience and ability to recommend products.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and identify their financial needs to provide excellent service.
• Assist with deposits, withdrawals, account openings, and other routine requests.
• Balance cash drawers and reconcile discrepancies.
• Promote bank products and refer to specialists when appropriate.
• Follow security procedures and bank policies.
• Build relationships by resolving issues and providing financial education.
