Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to handle cash transactions and cash handling experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate in person, on the phone, and electronically.
• Proficient computer use and sustained attention to monitor.

Responsibilities

• Achieves branch targets by identifying customer needs and providing guidance about Regions’ solutions.
• Conducts outbound calls to expand existing relationships and acquire new customers.
• Educates customers on Regions’ Consumer and Business products and services, including loans and deposits.
• Educates customers on digital solutions such as mobile, online, and ATM offerings.
• Provides a consistent optimal customer experience and processes transactions when needed.
• Owns and resolves customer issues.
• Refer customers to internal experts for complex goals.
• Follows bank processes and adheres to laws and regulations, managing operational risks.
