Coastal States Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker II to deliver exceptional client service in a full-time, in-branch role in Sun City - Bluffton, SC. You will perform teller duties, advanced account servicing, and digital banking support while supporting daily branch operations.

The RB II will handle complex account maintenance, fraud prevention, and digital problem-solving, upholding CSB’s core values and standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Retail banking or cash handling experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Comfort with digital banking tools and customer education.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client service while performing teller duties and advanced account servicing.
• Assist clients with opening, maintaining, and closing accounts and related services.
• Support digital banking tools such as Online Banking, Mobile Banking, Zelle, and Card Hub.
• Maintain accuracy in cash handling, balancing cash drawer, and processing transactions.
