Coastal States Bank in Hilton Head Island, SC is seeking a Relationship Banker II Float to deliver teller duties, account servicing, and digital banking support across branch locations. You will maintain high service standards, open and maintain consumer accounts, and assist with online banking and Zelle.

The role emphasizes strong client relationships, fraud prevention awareness, and adherence to CSB values of Character, Commitment, Service, Trust, and Community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of Retail banking or cash handling experience is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable with digital banking tools.

Responsibilities

• Open consumer accounts (DDA, SAV, MMK, CDs) and update client information.
• Provide teller services: deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and check handling.
• Assist clients with Online Banking, eStatements, Bill Pay, Zelle, and card services.
• Maintain security and ensure compliance with KYC/BSA procedures.
• Support staffing across branches and ensure high quality client service.
