Rio Bank in Dripping Springs, TX is seeking a Personal Banker II to help customers open and manage accounts, process transactions, and provide trusted financial guidance.

You’ll work with a collaborative team in a service-driven environment, focusing on accuracy, compliance, and building lasting relationships with local customers.

Responsibilities include educating customers on digital tools and supporting branch goals with reliable, friendly service.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED.
• One (1) or more years of customer service, sales, or banking experience, preferably in a financial institution.
• One (1) or more years of cash handling experience, preferably in a financial institution.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to make sound decisions under pressure while maintaining professionalism.

Responsabilidades

• Build relationships with customers by identifying financial needs and recommending appropriate banking products and services.
• Open and maintain consumer and business deposit accounts, including checking, savings, certificates of deposit, and related account services.
• Accurately process retail and commercial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, payments, and check cashing.
• Educate customers on digital banking tools, account features, and available services to support and enhance customer experience.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow applicable banking regulations, security procedures, and internal policies.
• Resolve routine customer questions and concerns professionally, escalating matters when appropriate.
• Partner with team members and other departments to support branch goals and provide consistent service.
• Maintain reliability, punctuality, and professionalism in daily responsibilities.
