Rio Bank is seeking a Personal Banker II at the Marble Falls Banking Center to help customers open accounts, process transactions, and advise on banking solutions. The role emphasizes relationship building, accuracy, and strong service orientation.

You will work Monday–Friday with a daytime schedule, joining a team that values teamwork, reliability, and customer focus. Previous banking experience and excellent communication are preferred for success.

Responsabilidades

• Build relationships with customers by identifying financial needs and offering appropriate banking solutions.
• Open and maintain consumer deposit accounts and related services.
• Process transactions accurately (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, payments, check cashing).
• Educate customers on digital banking tools and account features.
• Maintain documentation and follow banking regulations and policies.
• Collaborate with team to meet branch goals and maintain service levels.
