Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred in financial institution.
• 1+ year of cash handling experience preferred in financial institution.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to make sound decisions under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Build relationships with customers by identifying financial needs and recommending products and services.
• Open and maintain consumer and business deposit accounts.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, payments, and check cashing accurately.
• Educate customers on digital banking tools and account features.
• Maintain documentation and follow banking regulations and internal policies.
• Resolve routine questions and escalate when appropriate.
• Collaborate with team and other departments to support branch goals.
• Maintain reliability, punctuality, and professionalism.
