Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and referrals through proactive sales/service.
• Service, sell, and cross-sell deposit accounts, loans, and other products.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience following service standards.
• Safeguard bank assets while processing cash transactions accurately.
• Balance cash drawer daily and ensure proper documentation.
• Achieve sales and referral goals quarterly.
