Trustmark is hiring a Relationship Banker to identify customer needs and match them with the bank's products and services. The role includes servicing, cross-selling deposits and loans, and facilitating cash and non-cash transactions across branch locations.

Ideal candidates bring 2 years of customer service or retail sales experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to learn lending guidelines and obtain NMLS registration within 2 years. Travel between branches is required.

Formación

• Willingness to register with NMLS within 2 years.
• Strong customer service and sales skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Coach and mentor Relationship Bankers and Tellers.
• Review/approve transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and money orders.
• Manage cash shipment and vault for branch."
• Originate consumer loans when appropriate.
• Identify customer needs and refer suitable products.
• Sell/deposit/loan products and cross-sell services.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience following service standards.
• Safeguard assets and ensure accurate transaction processing.
