Qualifications

• HS Diploma/GED required.
• Two years customer-facing and goal-oriented experience.
• Registration with NMLS required after employment.
• Obtain an NMLS license after employment.

Responsibilities

• Share and recommend bank resources to customers.
• Meet individual and branch goals through in-person and outbound activities.
• Assist with opening/closing accounts and research customer accounts.
• Facilitate loan requests and know loan policies.
• Refer clients to partners for small business, mortgage and advisory needs.
• Maintain high client satisfaction and professional conduct.
