Job summary

Vantage West in Tucson is seeking a Relationship Banker II at the I-19 & Irvington location to build trusted member relationships while driving branch performance. You’ll engage members in consultative conversations, uncover financial needs, and guide them to products and services that help them save, borrow wisely, and achieve goals.

This role offers a language stipend after 90 days and a pay range of $19.21 to $25.22 per hour, with final salary based on experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 3 years of customer service, sales, and/or retail banking experience.
• At least 1 year of sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs sales, service and operational functions in the branch and engages members to uncover needs and recommend products.
• Educates members on self-service and digital banking solutions including the Vantage West Mobile App and ITMs.
• Acts as Financial Wellness Coach to help members set goals and navigate finances.
• Partners with Wealth Managers, Business Bankers, and Mortgage Loan Officers to identify referrals.
