Job summary

Vantage West is seeking a Relationship Banker II to grow member relationships and drive branch sales through proactive outreach and consultative conversations. You will manage more complex accounts, serve as a certified Financial Coach, and deliver personalized guidance that strengthens engagement.

You will collaborate with Wealth Managers and Mortgage Officers to provide comprehensive financial solutions, and work toward expanding product adoption while delivering exceptional member experiences.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 3 years of customer service, sales, and/or retail banking experience.
• To include one (1) year of sales experience.

Responsibilities

• 1. Performs sales, service and operational functions in the branch. Engages members in meaningful financial conversations to uncover needs and recommend products and services.
• 2. Educates members on self-service and digital banking solutions, including mobile app and website, enabling convenient options and deeper conversations.
• 3. Acts as Financial Wellness Coach, helping members set goals and navigate personal finances to build sustainable habits.
