Job summary

Trustmark Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker to identify customer needs and match them with suitable products to boost satisfaction and loyalty. You will use proactive sales and service to deepen relationships while handling cash and non-cash transactions.

Responsibilities include servicing and cross-selling deposits, loan products, and other services; achieving quarterly sales goals; maintaining cash drawer accuracy; and following Trustmark’s guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One year of sales or customer service experience (Bachelor’s degree acceptable in lieu of experience).
• Ability to perform routine transactions and balance cash drawer.
• Excellent customer service and product knowledge, with the ability to learn internal systems.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and make referrals for bank products and services.
• Service, sell, and cross-sell deposits, loan products, insurance, and cash management services.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences following Trustmark’s service standards.
• Safeguard assets and process transactions accurately (deposits, withdrawals, wires, payments).
• Balance cash drawer daily and ensure documents are completed.
• Achieve quarterly sales and referral goals and convert service into sales.
• Make outreach calls to customers and prospects.
• Comply with bank policies, procedures, and performance standards.
