Qualifications

• Strong client relationship skills and a digital-first mindset are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Identifies solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts and processes service requests.
• Educates clients on digital banking products and self-service options.
