Job summary

U.S. Bank in Minnesota seeks a Relationship Banker to build trusted client relationships across in-person, appointment, and digital channels, advising on deposits, loans, and digital self-service tools. You’ll open accounts, process requests, and collaborate with branch teams to serve clients with excellence.

The role requires NMLS registration under the SAFE Act, background and credit checks, and may include multiple levels with salary shown for the base level.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically has less than four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.
• Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Experience with using and demonstrating digital products and self-service technologies.
• Thorough knowledge of applicable bank and branch policies, procedures and support systems.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients across multiple channels (in-person, by appointment, digital).
• Educate clients on deposits, loans, and digital products and self-service tools.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests.
• Proactively educate clients on digital products to meet needs.
• Collaborate with branch team members to deliver exceptional client service.
