Qualifications

Familiarity with deposit and loan products.

Responsibilities

Build and foster client relationships across in-person, appointment, and digital channels.
Open new consumer and business accounts, process service requests, and assist with credit applications.
Educate clients on digital tools and self-service banking options to enhance the experience.
Collaborate with branch teammates to deliver excellent customer service and sales support.
Maintain knowledge of bank policies and available products to meet client needs.
