Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically has a minimum four to five years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and training.
• Experience in sales campaigns and digital banking products is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers across in-person, appointment, and virtual channels to provide banking counsel.
• Open new consumer and business accounts; explain deposits and loan options and process applications.
• Proactively educate clients on digital products and seek solutions based on client goals.
