Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker in California, Los Alamitos area. You will build trust-based client relationships, assess financial needs, open accounts, and process loans while guiding customers with digital tools and services.

You’ll work with branch colleagues to deliver excellent service and meet sales goals in a customer-first environment. The role requires NMLS registration, a high school diploma or equivalent, and several years of retail banking experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically 4–5 years of job-related retail banking experience.

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Identifies solutions for new and existing clients by engaging with clients.
• Maintains knowledge of consumer and business banking products.
• Provides a consistent optimal client experience, greeting clients and processing basic transactions.
• Develops collaborative partnerships with branch team members and partners to best serve clients.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts and submits credit applications.
• Educates clients on digital products and self-service options.
• Leverages resources to optimize client experience with accuracy.
