Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically less than four years of retail banking experience or a combination of experience and training.
• Experience with digital products and self-service technologies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Identifies solutions for clients based on their needs while engaging and communicating with clients.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts and processes service requests.
• Educates clients on digital products and self-service options to meet financial needs.
• Maintains knowledge of bank policies, procedures and support systems.
