Job summary

The successful candidate will manage teller transactions, assist the Branch Manager, and participate in community activities, ensuring a positive image and service excellence across locations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-4 years customer facing sales and/or service experience.
• 2-5 years in a sales and goals-based environment with strong customer service focus.
• Other Banker Certification by start date required.

Responsibilities

• Recommend bank products to new and existing customers following the sales process.
• Open deposit and loan accounts, verify changes, answer questions and resolve problems.
• Maintain Teller proficiency to perform teller transactions and exceed customer expectations.
• Assist Bank Manager and mentor other Bankers; participate in community and functions.
• Handle opening/closing of retail bank, including ATM balancing and service.
