Job summary

TD Bank is seeking a Retail Banker I in Wilmington, DE to serve as a customer liaison, offering consultative advice and TD products to meet customer financial goals. You will educate customers on banking solutions, build relationships, and support the bank's brand promise through proactive service and referrals.

The role requires HS Diploma or GED and 1+ years of customer/sales experience, with DFI and NMLS registration expected. Teller training will be provided on hire.

Qualifications

• 1+ years' experience working with customers or sales in any capacity or equivalent demonstrated through volunteering, education, military experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to engage in customer conversations while educating them on products and services preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to be concise, clear and consistent.

Responsibilities

• Delivers Legendary experience by helping customers, building relationships, and delivering service and advice.
• Understands and supports the Bank's Customer Service Strategy; delivers end-to-end advice including education and tools.
• May perform teller transactions including check cashing, deposits, transfers and withdrawals while adhering to policies.
