Responsibilities

• Delivers Legendary experience by helping customers, building relationships, and advising on banking solutions.
• Engages in lobby leadership, guides customer flow, and identifies opportunities for referrals.
• Discusses loan products, facilitates application intake, and educates on self-service channels.
• Resolves issues, escalates when needed, and supports accurate documentation and compliance.
• Works with partner bankers to make effective referrals and supports team objectives.
