UMB is hiring Personal Bankers to build client relationships and professionally present financial solutions across banking products. You’ll receive extensive training on UMB's offerings and sales process while working with leadership to grow your career.

Responsibilities include converting service requests into cross-sell opportunities, calling leads, visiting businesses, and achieving daily KPIs. You must be capable of obtaining NMLS within 90 days and be available to work branch hours,

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year of experience in a retail environment with customer interactions.

Responsabilités

• Convert transactions and service requests into cross-sell conversations.
• Call leads, visit businesses to offer workplace banking, and develop referral networks.
• Meet daily performance metrics while balancing priorities.
• Learn banking processes and maintain documentation to industry standards.
