Job summary

Regions Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker I in Cedartown, GA, to deliver an exceptional customer experience on the cash line and via phone. You will process standard teller transactions, educate customers on digital tools, and grow relationships with local clients.

This role supports branch goals and participates in an incentive plan. The ideal candidate has prior teller or retail banking exposure, strong communication skills, and the ability to work Saturdays if needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• One year of banking, cash-handling, and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed and handle cash transactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer experience on the cash line and over the phone.
• Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other teller duties.
• Develop relationships and stay informed about customer banking needs.
• Educate customers on digital banking options (mobile, online, ATM).
• Assist teammates and refer complex needs to internal experts when appropriate.
• Follow bank procedures and regulatory requirements; manage operational risks.
• Help achieve branch targets by identifying customer needs and offering Regions solutions.
• May conduct outbound calls to educate customers on technology and services.
