You will build lasting relationships, educate customers on digital banking options, and collaborate with teammates to resolve inquiries. This role is ideal for candidates with teller or retail sales experience seeking growth and upward mobility.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions.
• Ability to communicate in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels.
• Ability to use a computer on a frequent basis, including typing and sustained attention to a monitor.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to twenty pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provides a consistent optimal customer experience on the cash line while handling deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other teller transactions.
• Answers customer inquiries regarding products and services and fulfills basic servicing requests.
• Develops relationships with customers and stays informed about their banking needs.
• Educates customers on digital solutions such as mobile and online banking and ATM offerings.
• Assists team members with basic tasks to aid customer problem resolution and refers complex needs to specialists.
• Follows bank processes and adheres to laws and regulations; supports branch goals and risk management.
• May conduct outbound calls to educate customers on emerging technology and meeting financial needs.
