Qualifications

• High School Diploma strongly preferred.
• Some college strongly preferred.
• One year of retail experience preferred.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills required.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the single point of contact for customers and matches needs with bank products.
• Opens new accounts, certificates of deposit, and other products; processes paperwork accurately.
• Handles routine customer service duties and inquiries with accuracy and courtesy.
• Maintains drawer accuracy, processes transactions quickly with minimal errors, and complies with policies.
• Resolves customer issues and pursues sales campaigns to promote products and services.
• Participates in meetings, community events, and bank functions as requested.
