• Opens new accounts, certificates of deposit, and other products; completes paperwork accurately.
• Maintains knowledge of bank products, procedures, policies and regulatory requirements.
• Follows proper procedures for customer-servicing activities and meets performance goals.
• Proactively resolve customer issues and build trusting relationships with customers.
