You will assess banking needs, open accounts, and educate customers on digital tools and products to provide a seamless, digital-first service experience. The role emphasizes customer counseling, accurate processing, and collaboration with branch teams to meet client goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Less than four years job related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.
• Passion, commitment and drive to deliver an experience that improves our clients’ financial lives.
• Effective and confident client communication.
• Proven ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms.
• Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services industry, products and solutions.
• Cash handling experience.
• Active listening and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to teach customers how to use digital technology.
• Comprehensive knowledge of all applicable bank and branch policies, procedures and support systems.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers across in-person, appointment, and virtual channels.
• Advise on deposit and loan products and services.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests.
• Educate clients on digital products and services.
• Collaborate with branch team and partners to serve clients.
• Meet NMLS registration requirements and background/credit checks.
