Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions.
• Ability to communicate in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels.
• Ability to use a computer regularly with typing and sustained attention to a monitor.
• Ability to lift up to twenty pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide a consistent optimal customer experience on the cash line and on the phone.
• Answer customer inquiries and fulfill basic servicing requests (cards, information changes, PIN resets, checks).
• Develop relationships with customers and stay informed about their banking needs.
• Educate customers on standard consumer products and digital solutions (mobile, online, ATM).
• Assist branch and team members with basic tasks to resolve customer issues.
• Refer customers to internal experts for more complex financial goals.
• Follow bank processes and regulatory requirements and manage operational risks.
• Help achieve branch targets by identifying customer needs and offering Regions solutions.
• May conduct outbound calls to educate customers on emerging technology.
