You will open new consumer and business accounts, process transactions, and educate clients on online banking while delivering an excellent client experience and complying with regulations. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically has less than four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.
• Experience with using and demonstrating digital products and self-service technologies.

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts and processes service requests.
• Provides a consistent optimal client experience, including greeting clients and processing basic transactions.
• Educates clients on emerging and self-service digital products and services to assist with meeting their financial needs.
